Policies & Procedures at F4 Productions
General
-Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by
F4 Productions and any team members involved up to that point.
-If you arrive late there is no additional charge however, it will result in a loss of time which will be deducted from the total allotted time.
- If you are so late that you miss your session time, your payment is forfeited and your session can not be rescheduled.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
-F4 Productions reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to photographer or team member illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather.
-If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.
-Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session or projection meeting with two weeks PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee.
-If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling with less than 2 weeks notice, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50 (for deposits of $500 or more) or 70% return (for deposits $499 or lower).
-Rescheduling or canceling your session’s date within 72 hours may incur additional fees and you will not receive a refund of your sitting fee deposit.
Post Photoshoot
-Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive.
-F4 Productions will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session, and 4 months from the date of your projection meeting or client gallery.
Payment
-We require full payment for the photoshoot session before final delivery (via cash, check, or credit). No photos will be delivered until paid in full.
Online galleries, blogs, and social media posts will not be posted until all payments are made.
-A deposit of $100 of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your contact info and booking details.
-We will not reserve a date or time without BOTH your payment and contact info.
-The remainder of your full balance is due no later than 1 day after your event date.
Turn Around Time
-F4 Productions will have your event images ready to view and order within 5-10 days after your final selection. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. We appreciate your patience!
Ownership
-For all clients over the age of 18, by agreeing to a photo session you are formally consenting to release all image rights (for commercial and personal use) to F4 Productions.
-For all clients under the age of 18, the image rights (after retouching and delivery) belong to the recipient who will have exclusive rights to all commercial and personal use of the images.
-Ownership and rights of all RAW images will belong to F4 Productions.
-For freelance models, modeling agencies, and commercial clients you may request exclusive rights to all commercial and personal use of the images. (A written release form with necessary licensing information will be presented in person before the start of the session and all parties will be issued a copy).
